HIGH VOLTAGE START-UP ISOLATED LED CONSTANT CURRENT DRIVER IC WITHOUT VCC CAPACITOR

    The SDH761XST is a high accuracy low cost primary side feedback LED constant current driver IC, it is applicable to flyback isolated LED illumination.

    The SDH761XST works in inductor current discontinuous mode, it is suitable for 90Vac~265Vac input voltage.

    The SDH761XST integrates high-voltage power MOSFET, has a built-in high-voltage start-up circuit, it can supply power independently without any startup resistor or auxiliary winding; the SDH761XST does not need any external VCC capacitor, which greatly saves system cost.

    The SDH761XST provides various protections, such as over voltage protection, over temperature fold-back current limit etc. which greatly improves the system safety and reliability.

    The SDH761XST is available in the SOP-7-225-1.27 package.
